Art auction for Hospice

ART lovers have the chance to purchase a rare piece by renowned artist Dan Butterworth – and help raise funds for a worthy cause in the process.

Dan’s original portrait of Brisbane Lions legend Jonathan Brown is now up for auction, with all proceeds going towards the Warrnambool and District Community Hospice.

This wonderful piece captures the spirit, leadership and determination of a premiership legend, celebrating the legacy of a true Brisbane Lions icon - and will no doubt attract great interest.

Painted in Dan’s signature style of house paints on cardboard packing boxes, the art work (which measures 690mm x 985mm) is ready to hang on a wooden frame.

It is signed by both Dan and Jonathan.

The online auction is now live and will close at 3pm on Wednesday, May 20.
