Australia’s best-selling local artist, Barnes will be supported by a classic line-up featuring Jon Stevens (Noiseworks and INXS), Birds of Toyko, Eskimo Joe, Baby Animals, Chocolate Starfish and Sarah McLeod (The Superjesus).

Warrnambool will be the second stop on the tour and just one of eight venues chosen nationally.

Warrnambool mayor Cr Ben Blain said he was looking forward to another big event at the Warrnambool Racecourse, following the success of the 2026 Red Hot Summer Tour.

“The Red Hot Summer Tour was really embraced by locals and the big influx of visitors we have in Warrnambool each January, so it was a really big success,” he said.

“We’re really excited to be partnering with the event again this year, and the Red Hot Summer Tour crew has put together another amazing line-up.

“Jimmy Barnes is unstoppable. I think everyone in Warrnambool of a certain age has a story about seeing him at the Lady Bay, and at 70, he’s still going strong, with his most recent album topping the ARIA Charts.

“Looking at the rest of the line-up, many of them being chart-toppers themselves, they are all known for the quality of their live performances.

“I remember seeing Birds of Tokyo in 2022 at Rod Laver Arena and it was such a powerful set; full of energy.

“It’s going to be one of the biggest events in Warrnambool for the year, so get your tickets nice and early and get ready for what will be an amazing music festival, right here in Warrnambool.”

Telstra pre-sale tickets went on sale on Wednesday morning (October 7).

The Red Hot Summer Tour and Face to Face Touring pre-sale will start at 11am today (Friday, October 9) with general public sales from 12 noon.
