Blackley wins A grade

TREVOR Blackley took out the A grade competition at the East Framlingham Golf Club last Sunday.

Blackley finished with a score of 85-18-67 to win the stroke (monthly medal) from runner-up Brett Wilsher 79-6-73.

Third was Ben Nevill on 88-14-74, followed by Murray Smith 93-18-75 and Matt Smith 88-10-78.

The winner of B grade was Anthony Eccles on 99-23-76, with Greg Lenehan the runner-up on 95-19-76.

Third place went to Ben Dinwoodie 110-34-76, followed by Harry Trigg 98-21-77 and John Eccles 101-21-80.

The monthly medal winner was Trevor Blackley, with Grant Tracey the social winner.

Nearest the pins: 3rd Matt Smith, 6th Gerard Eccles, 7th Terry Coolahan, 9th Gerard Eccles.

Super pin on the 6th was also won by Gerard Eccles.

This Saturday will be stableford.
