Cash boost for Davidson Oval

DAVIDSON Oval is set to receive $190,000 from the State Government under its Local Sports Infrastructure Fund program.

Member for Western Victoria Jacinta Ermacora last week announced the money would go towards upgrading existing oval lighting at the reserve to 100 lux.

This will include four new light poles, cabling works and the installation of energy efficient LED sports lighting.

“This announcement is one of 57 new projects that will share in more than $13.9 million from the Local Sports Infrastructure Fund,” Ms Ermacora said.
