Cats celebrate season 2026

ALLANSFORD footballers and netballers have celebrated season 2026 with two special presentation nights.

The junior presentation evening, held at the clubrooms on September 17, was well attended by families and supporters while seniors celebrated the season with an evening at the Timor Street Bowls Club on September 19.

A highlight was the awarding of the Jack Morgan Club Person of the Year trophy to 2026 recipient, Bridget Foster.

Bridget, who played netball with the A reserve team this season, also coached the under 17 side, was on the social committee and a tireless volunteer who contributes a great deal behind the scenes.

This year’s Norma Adams Under 23 Award (voted on each week) was presented to Rani Jamieson.

Congratulations to all award recipients.
