Dogs go back-to-back
DENNINGTON has celebrated back-to-back division three premiership victories.

The Dogs put on a great display with bat and ball at Brierly last weekend, defeating Port Fairy to take home their second premiership flag in as many seasons.
Port Fairy skipper Josh Hill won the toss and sent Dennington into bat, with the Dogs posting 4/227 from their 40 overs.
Veteran opener Jamie Fogarty led the way, batting through the innings to make an unbeaten 99 from 107 balls, including 11 boundaries.
Nick Squires was the other main contributor with 76 from 95 balls, putting on 153 for the second wicket with Fogarty.
Lewis Carmichael, Bailey Else and Radush Mohan took a wicket each for Port Fairy.
After slumping to 2/7, the Pirates put on 98 for the third wicket to give themselves a chance.
Mohan top scored with 58 from 80 balls (including three boundaries and a six) while Nicholas Gunn made 48 from 85 balls.
Once that pair was dismissed, the Pirates fell behind in their scoring and were restricted to 7/176 from their 40 overs to give Dennington a 51 run win.
Dogs’ captain Mick Howley took 2/38 from seven overs, with a wicket each to Brad Coleman, Michael Williams, Pete Shephard and Kaleb Allen as Dennington made it back to back division three titles.
Fogarty was awarded the player of the match medal for his innings.
