Last weekend saw Port Fairy’s top order batsmen have a great day out, with Kaden Wilson (120) and Alastair Templeton (unbeaten on 125) both celebrating centuries in their side’s big win over the Titans.

Having won the toss and elected to bat the previous weekend, the Titans were 10/237 in the 71st over – with opener Zavier Mungean leading the way, contributing a well-earned 136 runs from 161 balls.

Mungean’s innings included 16 boundaries and two sixes.

In reply, Port Fairy reached 6/337 after 86 overs last Saturday.

Wilson’s knock of 120 included 11 boundaries and a six, while Templeton’s 125 included nine boundaries.

The ladder leading into this weekend’s final round is as follows:

Allansford Panmure, Port Fairy, Merrivale, West Warrnambool, Nestles, Russells Creek, Dennington, Northern Raiders, Brierly-Christ Church, Mortlake, North Warrnambool and Wesley Yambuk.

Round 16 this Saturday will see Mortlake host Merrivale, Westley Yambuk at home to Russells Creek, Brierly-Christ Church host North Warrnambool and Dennington at home to Allansford.

West Warrnambool and Port Fairy will meet at Davidson Oval while Reid Oval will see Nestles face Northern Raiders.
