THE autumn season of darts kicked off last week.

Despite being on opposing teams, Annmaree Freeman (Vikings) and Trish Howden (Panmure Bulldogs) have developed a great friendship through darts and encouraged each other during last week’s match.

Round one was played on Thursday, February 5.

Thursday night darts offers players and supporters a wonderful sense of camaraderie, with friendships developing across all teams.

Last week saw Disorderly Darters defeat City Slickers 9-6; Mixed Nuts defeated Mad Mac’s 11-4, and Vikings defeated Panmure Bulldogs 9-6.

Fill Ins had the bye.

Throughout the night some great scores were recorded.

Brendan Galloway threw a 19 dart game and both David Buck and Dylan Jewel threw 20 dart games.
