Great scores in round five

ROUND five of Warrnambool darts competition saw some great results recorded.

Tash McGuinness threw a 180, the first in a competition for her, while Robert Brittain threw an 18-dart game and Brendan Gallow a 19-dart game.

Congratulations also to Leigh Giblin (20-dart game) and Geoff Kembar (20 and a 21-dart game).

Mary Camilleri had a high peg of 100 and Leigh Giblin had two high peg games (one was a 74 and the other an 89).

Results from round five:

Cally Phoenixes defeated Mixed Nuts 10-5, Fill Ins defeated Panmure Bulldogs 14-1, Vikings defeated City Slicers 13-2 while the Terang Tigers had the bye.
