Imagination shines through
IMAGINATION and creativity were evident in the recent displays of floral art by members of the Warrnambool Floral Artists group.
The ladies were asked to present an arrangement that highlighted their individuality – and the displays did not disappoint.
In recent months the club has lost two of its highly regarded foundation members, Evora Goldstraw and Margaret Laurence.
Both ladies were life members and demonstrators, and will be sadly missed.
Margaret also achieved accreditation in become an Australian floral art judge and both ladies were matrons of local hospitals and became lifelong friends.
A reminder the club will hold its next meeting on Monday, March 2 from 7.30pm in the meeting room at Our Lady Help of Christians, Warrnambool.
