Koori Karnival a big success
LAST weekend’s Koori Karnival was again enjoyed by local and visiting families, with a wide range of activities, rides and information.

Saturday’s event offered young visitors the chance to enjoy a host of free activities including pony rides and reptile encounters, face painting, inflatables and a giant sand pit.
Local indigenous musicians kept audiences entertained throughout the day while food trucks ensured everyone was kept well nourished.
Cultural activities including basket weaving and storytelling were just some of the highlights of what was a very successful day.
