Mixed results for Rangers
WARRNAMBOOL Rangers had a mixed bag of results last weekend.

In the senior men’s competition, the Blue side had a strong game, defeating Hamilton 9-1, while the Teal side finished with a 2-2 draw against the Wolves.
The senior women had a close and tough game but went down to the Wolves, 2-1.
While the under 17s had a bye, under 14 Blue defeated Horsham 12-nil (with Louie Welsh kicking four goals and a hattrick to Logan Wythe) and under 14 Teal continued its winning streak defeating Hamilton 8-1.
Under 13 Blue had a close game and defeated Colac 4-3, with Asia Suringa kicking a hattrick.
Under 14 Teal had a bye on the weekend.
Under 12 Teal lost to Hamilton 2-1 and under 12 Blue lost to Hamilton Red 4-3.
In the under 10 competition, the Rangers’ played each other in a derby under lights on Thursday at Brierly.
All players showed great skills, team-work and improvement.
The under 8s also had a great game, with Charlie conn the stand-out for the Rangers.
