Mixed results for Rangers
WITH no home games scheduled last Saturday, all Warrnambool Rangers teams found themselves travelling last weekend.

Five sides travelled to Port Fairy with mixed results.
The under 8s had a strong performance with Talon Sicely among the best while the under 10 Teal side had a tough game against a very strong Port Fairy outfit.
Under 10 Blue had the bye.
Under 13 Teal, senior women and senior men (Teal) were among other teams who travelled to Port Fairy.
Under 13 Teal won 7-2, with Olivia Marsden scoring four goals and team-mates Tari Greer, Ella Ruff and Summer Lowe all playing key roles in the team’s performance.
The senior women defeated Port Fairy 3-1, with Amber Cubitt and Charlotte Wythe playing important roles in the team’s results.
The senior men (Teal) finished their game with a 5-all draw.
Three teams travelled to Gordon Reserve in Ararat where they faced Grampians, with all three sides bringing home wins.
Under 12 Blue defeated Grampians 7-0, with a hattrick to Harry Newbury.
Under 14 Blue defeated Grampians 4-3, with Sonny Morgan and Will Farley playing crucial roles in the team’s defence.
The under 17s displayed a strong performance, winning 12-nil with Knox Tinkler and Michael Hall both scoring hattricks for their side.
The under 12 Teal side faced Wolves Yellow and finished with a 1-all draw (Logan Membery in the best for his side), while under 14 Teal remains undefeated after beating the Wolves 3-1 (well done to Ethan Lawrence for his great skills).
The senior men lost in a close game, 0-1, with Stegla Watas, Reuben Macchia and captain Connor Bellman the standout performers.
