Muligans at East Fram
EAST Framlingham golfers contested a Muligans event on course last Saturday.
The men’s A grade competition was won by Anthony Eccles on 85-17-68, with Jordan Cashin second on 84-15-69 and Murray Drake third 80-9-71.
They were followed by Ayden Bosse 82-10-72 and Brett Willsher 77-4-73.
B grade was won by Glenn Tracey 89-25-64 followed by Darren Hansford 92-26-66, Josh McDonald 92-25-67, Murray Smith 89-21-68 and Rodney Mapleson 94-26-68.
Nearest the pins: 3rd Ray Eccles, 6th Ayden Bosse, 7th and 9th Gerard Eccles.
The social winner was Glenn Tracey.
Tomorrow (Saturday) will be stroke/monthly medal.
Fifteen ladies played stroke/monthly medal last Tuesday.
The A grade winner was Gwenda Malseed on 89-18-71 followed by Sue Cassidy 105-32-73.
B grade was won by Annie Carroll on 105-35-70, with Sharon Suhan the runner-up on 121-45-76.
Nearest the pins in A grade was Gwenda Malseed.
The lucky card went to Denise Kenna.
The winner of the June monthly medal was Annie Carroll.
