Nevill wins A grade

BEN Nevill continued his strong form on the golf course last weekend, winning A grade at East Framlingham.

Nevill finished Saturday’s stableford event on 36 points, two ahead of his nearest competitor Murray Drake on 34.

They were followed by Ross McLeod on 34, Callum Henriksen 33 and Anthony Eccles 31.

B grade was won by Brian Langler on 33, followed by Ray Eccles 30, Ben Dinwoodie 28, John Eccles 27 and Jim Lewis 27.

Nearest the pins: 3rd and 9th Neil McDonald, 6th Phil Waugh, social winner Jim Lewis.

This Saturday will be the captain’s trophy.
