New wellness centre now open
GYM enthusiasts of all ages and fitness levels can now take advantage of a new wellness studio in the heart of Port Fairy.

Borough Wellness is now welcoming members and guests to its new facility in Bank Street.
This historic building has been reimagined as a wellness, coffee shop and dining destination under the guidance of business partners, Jemmah Lambevski and Ally Richardson.
“Borough Wellness has been designed to bring accessible, high-quality fitness to the local community,” Jemmah said.
“We have a range of functional gym classes, with a mix of strength and cardio based training, reformer pilates, mat pilates, yoga as well as sauna access.”
But this has been created as more than just a gym. It is a space focused on movement, connection and lifestyle and has been built to suit a wide range of people.
“We cater for beginners through to experienced members, from those who are looking for guided training to those who like to go at their own pace.”
Pilates and yoga programs are designed for every body and every level, from beginners exploring the practice to those who have experience on the reformer.
Set in a beautifully restored space, the studio offers reformer, mat pilates and yoga flows – with flexible membership options to suit your lifestyle whether you prefer regular weekly sessions, unlimited access or casual drop-ins.
A fully equipped 24/7 gym has been designed to move with your life, giving you the freedom to train whenever it suits you.
The gym is equipped for strength, endurance and functional training and caters for all levels.
The team at Borough Wellness currently offers 90 classes throughout the week, with numbers constantly growing to meet demand.
“Borough Wellness is part of the wider Borough Chambers precinct,” Jemmah explained.
“The wellness centre complements our coffee shop, Sidro Chambers, which opened in January and is open seven days a week.”
Plans are also underway for a full-service restaurant to open in June.
“We have created these spaces with the Port Fairy community in mind.
“Together, they encourage balance of movement, coffee, food and social connection. We plan to grow and evolve with our local community.”
