Nullawarre Primary celebrates 150 years

NULLAWARRE & District Primary School has celebrated its 150th anniversary.

The school community celebrated this special milestone in style last Friday, bringing together past and present students, families, staff and locals.

The day began with school tours and historical displays, showcasing photos, stories and artefacts from across the school’s long history.

“Visitors enjoyed seeing how the school has grown and changed over the decades,” school principal Denise Kelly said.

“The milestone was a proud moment for our small, rural school.

“It was incredibly special to see so many people return to celebrate with us. Our school has been at the heart of this community for 150 years and last Friday really highlighted the strength of those connections.”
