SOUTH Warrnambool’s under 18 women’s football side are 2023 premiers.
The Roosters clinched back-to-back flags after defeating the Terang Mortlake Bloods in last weekend’s Western Victoria Female Football League grand final at Warrnambool’s Reid Oval.
In the senior women’s match later that day, Hamilton Kangaroos were too good for the previously undefeated South Warrnambool Roosters, winning 5.9.39 to 4.2.26 to claim their second consecutive premiership.
