Students explore local connections
WARRNAMBOOL West Primary School’s years 3-6 students have been studying sustainability in English and have transferred this knowledge to local connections.

Students took part in the importance of cultural heritage at Tower Hill.
Uncle Brett and Jess from Gunditjmara provided a thorough educational tour relating bush tucker, connection to country, cultural sustainability and the history of Tower Hill as an extinct volcano and the significance to our local Indigenous community.
Educational opportunities at our doorstep allows Warrnambool West Primary School teachers to provide relevant connections to the curriculum.
