‘The Bowl’ hosts Open Masters

Sunday, May 24 saw the venue host the 2026 Open Masters Tournament, which attracted some of the best bowlers from across the district and beyond.
In the men’s competition, Scott Dennis recorded a high game of 244 and a total of 2011 pins to take out the title from runner-up Tim Treloar (1978 pins and a high game of 246).

The women’s competition was also a hotly contested one, with Jo Fischer named the winner with 1430 pins (high game 201).
The runner-up was Sharon Gore on 1393 pins (high game 227).
