Valuable lessons in first aid
360 SOUTHWEST participants have recently broadened their first aid knowledge thanks to some training from St John Ambulance.
The participants undertook basic first aid training with Donna from the ambulance service.
The interactive sessions covered DRSABCD, basic bandaging and CPR, giving participants the chance to practice important life saving skills in a supportive environment.
While not an accredited course, it was a valuable experience, building confidence and knowledge in how to respond in an emergency.
Donna guided the group through what was an engaging session.
