Waiting for Santa
FOR more than 20 years Warrnambool’s Carols on the Green has been a Warrnambool tradition – and last Friday night didn’t disappoint.
Four year-olds Isla, Lola and Elsie cannot wait for Santa to arrive and were excited to dance to carols on the lawns of the Civic Green last Friday night.
Thousands of people gathered on the lawns to enjoy an evening of music, carols and special activities.
The festive spirit was alive and well in the town as children danced on the lawn while families and friends gathered for a picnic.
Activities such as face painting, biscuit decorating, colouring and games kept youngsters entertained throughout the evening.
