Warrnambool Show next month
THIS year’s Warrnambool Show will be held on Saturday, October 31 and organisers are gearing up for a huge day.

The showgrounds will come alive with rides, amusements, competitions, animals and all things that make a country show a great day out for the whole family.
A special kids’ zone will keep youngsters entertained throughout the day with many free activities.
A circus play space with ‘HoopSparx’ will include dancing ribbons, interactive giant bubbles, hula hoops, juggling, poi and spinning plates.
Music by the amazing ‘Mr M’ will keep children dancing and singing, while an animal nursery and mini zoo, free face painting by The Colour Angel and a giant sandpit will allow parents to sit and relax while their children are entertained.
Warrnambool-based artists, The Flying Flamingos, will showcase their spectacular performances on aerial silks and hoops and the live music stage will be busy throughout the day.
Carnival lovers will once again be spoilt for choice with a great selection of rides in side-show alley and all budgets will be catered for in the showbag stands.
Wondering the showgrounds on show day visitors will have plenty to see, with displays from several local community groups and service organisations including the South Western District Restoration Group, SES, Vic Police, Australian Defence Force Careers, the Hamilton Re-enactment Society and the Warrnambool Model Railway Club.
You won’t go hungry at this year’s show, with a great range of food stalls – with everything from pizza, dumplings and donuts, through to spuds, twisto potatoes, slushies and lots more.
The show jumping arena will be busy throughout the day with various classes, as will the various pavilions.
And for your chance to witness some of the best shearers and wool handlers in the industry, don’t miss the 2026 Vic National Shearing and Wool Handling Championships.
With so much to see and do at this year’s Warrnambool Show, it will be another event not to be missed.
